Fruits of my labor

For a while now, Kate and I have been spending a lot of our weekends fixing up my mother in law's house to get it ready to sell. It went on the market on Thursday and there's an open house today (in case anyone is looking for a house in Arlington/Falls Church!). A long string of home improvement projects has finally come to an end!
