I just got back from the beach - Lewes, Delaware. I've got a beach reading book review I'll post soon, but in the meantime I thought I'd share a link. While I was there I went to a "history happy hour" where I heard a Lewes local talk about the history of Navy activities on Cape Henlopen, starting in the Spanish American War and going through the Cold War.
This is his website with a lot more details and pictures for those of you interested in this stuff. I was staying in the community highlighted in yellow on the bay side).
