New Critical Review

Thanks to Warren for pointing out that a new issue of Critical Review is out. My copy hasn't come yet, which is good - because it will distract me from some work I need to do!

    There's an article by T. Clark Durant and Michael Weintraub -- they were two of the people invited to last year's Critical Review seminar.

    First article blows a hole in Public Choice Theory. Nice.

    A certain administration once proceeded 1) Iraq is guilty, 2) find the evidence to prove it. I think public choice theorists have the same problem, with assuming guilt of politicians as step 1)
