More complaining about things that I suppose don't matter all that much

Azaleas in a lobby? Bleh.

That newly installed lobby adornment greeted me this morning at Urban. I like azaleas a lot, but they belong outside, not inside.

It's also early January. If you're going to replace the lobby plants and if you have to put in azaleas, for God's sake don't put in pink azaleas. Wait until April.

This place has really gone downhill since I left in August.

  1. I thought that innocent civilians having bombs dropped on them from remote-control airplanes in the ME was pretty bad, but azaleas in the lobby?! That just will not stand...

  2. You should really just be thankful anyone bothers to spend enough money on your kind of work to afford decorative plants at all.

  4. Badly botched: "Do not let your preferences become conditions for happiness."

And nearly everything is a preference.

But, a nice evergreen would make a lot more sense.

  5. The azalea is the official flower of the Sith. We'll be sending a squad of storm troopers around.
