CBO on labor supply effects of the ACA

Here. Estimate is 2 million lost FTE jobs by 2017, 2.5 million by 2024.

I imagine in the near future we'll have sharper minds than mine discussing what to think of this. Just seemed worth noting.

    Those estimates aren't worth a damn. Either way, employer based health insurance needs to go. My only worry would be that the administrative costs for a universal health care program in the US are gonna be much higher than in other countries purely due to the geographic make up, demographic make up, and sheer size of the US (in both population and size).
