More median...Isn't this what the Fed believes? More median than minimum wage, but over the 40 plus years of more or less flat real median wage they have reduced inflation. Better than minimum wage workers will want better than minimum wages, or will seek easier work that will offer them the same pay, so most wages will rise with the minimum, particularly those closest to it while the highest paid will face higher costs and will look for a cost of living increase.
